Christmas Recipes - French Herbed Chicken Legs
Ingredients: 2 whole Chicken thighs 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Sugar Filling 1 tablespoon Butter 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves 1/4 teaspoon Oregano 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Procedures: - Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- To make the filling. Mix the butter, parsley, mint leaves, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Use a teaspoon, rounded side up, separate the skin from meat gently.
- Put 2 teaspoons of the filling in between skin and meat.
- Spread the filling evenly and put on baking tray or ovenproof dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
