Christmas Recipes - French Herbed Chicken Legs

Ingredients:
2 whole Chicken thighs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar

Filling
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Mustard
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Procedures:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. To make the filling. Mix the butter, parsley, mint leaves, oregano, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Use a teaspoon, rounded side up, separate the skin from meat gently.
  4. Put 2 teaspoons of the filling in between skin and meat.
  5. Spread the filling evenly and put on baking tray or ovenproof dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve.
