Thanksgiving Recipes - Baked Sausage and Vegetable Potatoes

Ingredients:
100 g Potato flakes
250 ml Hot water
Salt and ground white pepper
2 sticks Celery, diced
1 Onion, diced
1 Red capsicum, diced
2 Chicken sausage, diced
2 tablespoons Double cream
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
50 g Cheese, grated

Procedures:

  1. Mix the potato with hot water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the celery, onion, red capsicum, sausage and cream and mix evenly.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. 
  4. Grease an ovenproof dish with little butter and fill with the mixture and press lightly.
  5. Cover with egg and grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle parsley on the top and serve.
