Thanksgiving Recipes - Baked Sausage and Vegetable Potatoes Ingredients: 100 g Potato flakes 250 ml Hot water Salt and ground white pepper 2 sticks Celery, diced 1 Onion, diced 1 Red capsicum, diced 2 Chicken sausage, diced 2 tablespoons Double cream 1 Hard boiled egg, chopped 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley 50 g Cheese, grated Procedures: - Mix the potato with hot water. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the celery, onion, red capsicum, sausage and cream and mix evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7.
- Grease an ovenproof dish with little butter and fill with the mixture and press lightly.
- Cover with egg and grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
- Sprinkle parsley on the top and serve.
