Thanksgiving (Leftovers) Recipes - Roast Turkey Omelette Ingredients: 4 Eggs, beaten 50 g Fresh milk Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste 1 teaspoon Butter 1 Onion, chopped 80 g Roast turkey, chopped Procedures: - Mix the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a frying-pan. Add the onion and turkey meat stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour the eggs into the pan and leave for a moment to make omellete and the base becomes coloured.
- Place the omelette on a serving plate and flip the omelette.
