Thanksgiving (Leftovers) Recipes - Roast Turkey Salad Ingredients: 100 g Roast turkey, sliced Fresh raw vegetables 50 g Lettuce 3 Cherry tomatoes, cubed 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced 5 Small button mushrooms, sliced Celery sticks, sliced Red and yellow pepper, sliced 50 g Mixed beans 50 g Red cabbage
Dressing 1 tablespoon Olive oil 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Thousand island dressing 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce Procedures: - Make the dressing. Mix all dressing ingredients and chill before serving.
- Put lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, celery, red and yellow pepper on a salad bowl.
- Add the turkey meat, mixed beans and red cabbage into the bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
