Halloween Recipes - Pumpkin Seeds Cookies

Ingredients:
150 g Castor sugar
4 Eggs white
2/3 tablespoon Salt
50 g Flour
40 g Butter, non-salt
80 g Pumpkin seeds 

Procedures:

1. Mix the sugar, eggs white and salt in a bowl.
2. Add in the butter and flour, mix well.
3. Stir in the pumpkin seeds.
4. Set aside the dough for 3 hours.
5. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
   
6. Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into greased oven tray.
7. Gently press down on the dough with your hand.
8. Bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
