New Year Recipes - Breaded Pork Chop 

Ingredients:
500 g Pork fillet
1 tablespoon Sherry wine
1 tablespoon Ginger juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 slices Bread, diced
2 Eggs, beaten
Salt and freshly ground white pepper
Cornflour 
3 tablespoons Butter
 
Procedures:

  1. Cut the pork meat into 6 pieces and beat flat with the back of knife.
  2. Add in sherry, ginger juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinade for 1 hour.
  3. Mix eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat pork meat in the flour and then in the eggs.
  5. Coat diced bread on pork meat.
  6. Melt the butter in a fryng-pan. Add the meat, fry over medium heat for 4 minutes each side until golden all over.
