Thanksgiving Recipes - German Style Potatoes

Ingredients:
500 g Potatoes, peeled and diced
1 Onion, sliced
1 teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
4 slices Bacon, sliced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt and ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped Celery 

Procedures:

  1. Soak potatoes in clean water for 3 minutes.
  2. Boil the potatoes in unsalted water for 15 minutes until soft.
  3. Remove potatoes from hot water.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion, garlic and bacon stir fry for 3 minutes until onion become soft.
  5. Reduce to medium heat and pour in the potatoes stir fry gentlely for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped celery and serve.
