Halloween Recipes - Juicy Monster Eye Balls

Ingredients:
300 g finely minced beef
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped Ginger
1 Egg white
1 teaspoon Cornflour
1/2 teaspoon Soya sauce
Freshly ground white pepper
4 Lettuce leaves 

Procedures:

1. Mix the beef with onion, ginger, egg white and flour until smooth.
2. Season with soya sauce and pepper.
3. Roll the beef mixture into meat balls, then place in a dish and steam for 20 minutes.
4. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving dish and pour the juicy meat balls on top.
