New Year Recipes - Sweet Apple Cookies

Ingredients:
3 Apples, thin sliced
150 g Sugar
140 g Unsalted butter
240 g All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Milk
1/2 teaspoon Concentrate vanilla oil 

Procedures:

  1. Add the apples with 50 g sugar, 40 g butter and concentrate vanilla oil in a pan, mix well.
  2. Cook and simmer for 30 minutes until the apple dried.
  3. Mix the flour with milk, remaining sugar and butter in a bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 sconds until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg for 30 seconds and then add into the mixture to make paste.
  5. Chill 1/3 paste for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.
  7. Roll the others paste into pieces, make few tiny holes by fork and arrange on a baking tray.
  8. Press the frozen paste on a strainer to make into small cubes.
  9. Put the apples on the paste and spread the small cubes on it.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned around the edges.
  11. Bake a little longer for crispier cookies.
  12. Leave them to harden a little before taking them off of the baking tray.
