New Year Recipes - Sweet Apple Cookies Ingredients: 3 Apples, thin sliced 150 g Sugar 140 g Unsalted butter 240 g All-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda 1 Egg 2 tablespoons Milk 1/2 teaspoon Concentrate vanilla oil Procedures:
- Add the apples with 50 g sugar, 40 g butter and concentrate vanilla oil in a pan, mix well.
- Cook and simmer for 30 minutes until the apple dried.
- Mix the flour with milk, remaining sugar and butter in a bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 sconds until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg for 30 seconds and then add into the mixture to make paste.
- Chill 1/3 paste for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.
- Roll the others paste into pieces, make few tiny holes by fork and arrange on a baking tray.
- Press the frozen paste on a strainer to make into small cubes.
- Put the apples on the paste and spread the small cubes on it.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned around the edges.
- Bake a little longer for crispier cookies.
- Leave them to harden a little before taking them off of the baking tray.
