Meat Balls and Spinach Soup |

New Year Recipes -Meat Balls and Spinach Soup Ingredients: 200 g finely minced beef 1 Onion, finely chopped 1 Egg white 1 teaspoon Cornflour 1/2 teaspoon Cooking wine 20 g Spanich 2 Mushrooms, sliced 300 ml Beef stock Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste
Procedures: - Mix the beef with onion, ginger, egg white and flour until smooth.
- Season with cooking wine, salt and pepper.
- Cut spanich into 3 cm long.
- Pour 300 ml beef stock in a pan. Bring to the boil, add in the spanich and mushrooms.
- Roll the beef mixture into meat balls and add into the pan.
- Turn to medium heat and boil for 10 minutes until the meat balls float.
- Pour the meat balls soup into a serving bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
