Meat Balls and Spinach Soup PDF Print E-mail

New Year Recipes -Meat Balls and Spinach Soup

Ingredients:
200 g finely minced beef
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg white
1 teaspoon Cornflour
1/2 teaspoon Cooking wine
20 g Spanich
2 Mushrooms, sliced
300 ml Beef stock
Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste

Procedures:

  1. Mix the beef with onion, ginger, egg white and flour until smooth.
  2. Season with cooking wine, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut spanich into 3 cm long.
  4. Pour 300 ml beef stock in a pan. Bring to the boil, add in the spanich and mushrooms.
  5. Roll the beef mixture into meat balls and add into the pan.
  6. Turn to medium heat and boil for 10 minutes until the meat balls float.
  7. Pour the meat balls soup into a serving bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
