Thanksgiving Recipes - Swiss Roll Trifle Ingredients: 10 slices Swiss roll 5 g Instant jelly 2 tablespoons Sugar 250 ml Water 200 g Instant custard 400 ml Cold water 1 Kiwi fruit, sliced 3 Strawberry, sliced 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed Procedures : - Arrange one slice of swiss roll in a dessert serving bowl.
- Mix the jelly, sugar and water in a sauce pan, bring to the boil and set aside to allow cold.
- Pour jelly on swiss roll and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Mix the custard with cold water, whisk until smooth.
- Pour over swiss roll, decorate with fruits and refrigerate.
- Top with whipped topping before serving.
