Christmas Recipes - Peach Custard

Ingredients:
200g Instant custard
400ml Peach juice
Lightly sugared cranberries

Procedure:

  1. Add instant custard and peach juice in a bowl, mix well and beat until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour the mixture into the mould, set aside to allow the pudding to cool in the mould.
  3. Keep in the refrigerator until cool, approximately 2 hours.
  4. Carefully turn out on a serving dish and garnish with the peaches.
