Christmas Recipes - Peach Custard
Ingredients: 200g Instant custard 400ml Peach juice Lightly sugared cranberries Procedure: - Add instant custard and peach juice in a bowl, mix well and beat until smooth and thick.
- Pour the mixture into the mould, set aside to allow the pudding to cool in the mould.
- Keep in the refrigerator until cool, approximately 2 hours.
- Carefully turn out on a serving dish and garnish with the peaches.
