New Year Recipes - Tomatoes Pork Chop

Ingredients:
500 g Pork fillet
Freshly ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
3 tablespoons Butter
1/2 teaspoon Four-spice
1 teaspoon Salt
Dill, finely chopped
Parsley, finely chopped 

Sauce
1 Onion, finely chopped
8 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 clove Garlic, crushed or finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 Bay leaf, crumbled
Salt and freshly ground white pepper 

Procedures:

  1. Cut the pork meat into 6 pieces and beat flat with the back of knife.
  2. Season the meat with pepper and paprika for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the butter in a fryng-pan. Add the meat and brown it on both side.
  4. Transfer the meat to a flameproof dish, sprinkle with salt and four-spice.
  5. Make the sauce. Fry the onion in the frying-pan, add the tomatoes, garlic, thyme and bay leaf.
  6. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes, season with salt and pour over the meat evenly.
  7. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the meat is cooked and tender.
  8. Sprinkle with dill and parsley and serve.
