New Year Recipes - Tomatoes Pork Chop Ingredients: 500 g Pork fillet Freshly ground white pepper 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 3 tablespoons Butter 1/2 teaspoon Four-spice 1 teaspoon Salt Dill, finely chopped Parsley, finely chopped Sauce 1 Onion, finely chopped 8 Tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1 clove Garlic, crushed or finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Dried thyme 1 Bay leaf, crumbled Salt and freshly ground white pepper Procedures: - Cut the pork meat into 6 pieces and beat flat with the back of knife.
- Season the meat with pepper and paprika for 1 hour.
- Melt the butter in a fryng-pan. Add the meat and brown it on both side.
- Transfer the meat to a flameproof dish, sprinkle with salt and four-spice.
- Make the sauce. Fry the onion in the frying-pan, add the tomatoes, garlic, thyme and bay leaf.
- Boil the mixture for 3 minutes, season with salt and pour over the meat evenly.
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the meat is cooked and tender.
- Sprinkle with dill and parsley and serve.
