New Year Recipes - Honey Cake

Ingredients:
8 Eggs
200 g Caster sugar
60 g Honey
50 g Butter
250 g Flour

Procedures:

  1. Preheat oven at 160°C/320°F.
  2. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  3. Add 100 g sugar into egg yolks, mix until creamy.
  4. Add 100 g sugar into egg whites, mix until creamy.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and egg whites, add honey and butter, stir well.
  6. Sift the flour into the mixture and beat well until firm.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin.
  8. Bake for 18 minutes.
