Procedures:
- Preheat oven at 160°C/320°F.
- Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
- Add 100 g sugar into egg yolks, mix until creamy.
- Add 100 g sugar into egg whites, mix until creamy.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg yolks and egg whites, add honey and butter, stir well.
- Sift the flour into the mixture and beat well until firm.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
