Halloween Recipes - Sesame Oven Fried Bat Wings

Ingredients:
1 1/2 kg Chicken wings
1/2 cup Margarine or butter, melted
1 Egg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Plain Flour
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Baking powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Procedures: 

  1. Beat egg and milk in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, paprika, salt and pepper into plastic bag and mix evenly.
  3. Rinse chicken wings, and thoroughly pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Dip chicken wing in egg mixture.
  5. Shake chicken wing in bag to coat.
  6. Arrange chicken wings on carousel.
  7. Pour margarine evenly over chicken wings.
  8. A conventional oven would be preheated to 220°C, and the cooking time would be about  1 hour.
  9. Cook until no pink meat should appear near the bone.
  10. Serve hot.
