Halloween Recipes - Juicy Bat Wings Ingredients: 12 Chicken wings 1 cup Dry sherry 1/2 cup Soy sauce 1 teaspoon Ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon Onion powder 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Procedures: - Separate chicken wings at joints into 3 parts each, discarding tip.
- Mix sherry, soya sauce, ginger, onion and garlic powder in a medium bowl.
- Combine chicken wings and sherry and mix evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, stirring once during marinating time.
- Drain chicken wings and arrange on double layer of paper toweling around outer edge of carousel or on roasting rack.
- Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until juices run clear, 18 to 22 minutes
- Serve hot.
