Steamed Minced Pork with Green Peas PDF Print E-mail

New Year Recipes -Steamed Minced Pork with Green Peas

Ingredients:
150 g finely Minced pork
100 g medium Prawns, shelled
1 tablespoon Light soya sauce
2 tablespoons Green peas
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
1/2 tablespoon Cornflour
2 tablespoons Water
1/8 teaspoon Sesame oil
Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste

Procedures:

  1. Mix the pork with prawns, soya sauce, green peas, ginger and flour until smooth.
  2. Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Spread the pork mixture in a heatproof plate, flatten lightly, splash in 1 tablespoon water.
  4. Steam in the preheated steamer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
