Baked Tuna with Mushroom PDF Print E-mail

Christmas Recipes - Baked Tuna with Mushroom

Ingredients:
6 Fresh Black Mushrooms

Filling
1 small Can Tuna
2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon chopped Celery
1 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon chopped Parsley
1 Egg Yolk
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon smashed Garlic
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Procedures:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C.
  2. Trim mushrooms. Soak in salty water for 1 minutes, drain and sprinkle some cornstarch on the inside.
  3. Make the filling. Mix the tuna, bread crumbs, celery, milk, mayonnaise and smashed garlic in a bowl.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff it on mushrooms and smooth the surface.
  6. Place them on baking tray and brush the mushrooms with the egg yolk.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the surface turns to golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle over the parsley and serve.
