Christmas Recipes - Baked Tuna with Mushroom Ingredients: 6 Fresh Black Mushrooms
Filling 1 small Can Tuna 2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs 1 tablespoon chopped Celery 1 tablespoon Milk 1 teaspoon chopped Parsley 1 Egg Yolk 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon smashed Garlic Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Procedures: - Preheat the oven to 250°C.
- Trim mushrooms. Soak in salty water for 1 minutes, drain and sprinkle some cornstarch on the inside.
- Make the filling. Mix the tuna, bread crumbs, celery, milk, mayonnaise and smashed garlic in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stuff it on mushrooms and smooth the surface.
- Place them on baking tray and brush the mushrooms with the egg yolk.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the surface turns to golden brown.
- Sprinkle over the parsley and serve.
