Christmas Recipes - Olive Crostini

Ingredients:
12 slices of small Baguette
1/3 cup (60 g) Tapenade (Black Olive paste)
36 small Capers
Olive oil for baking

Procedures:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C or gas mark 6).
  2. Brush the slices of baguette with olive oil and place them on the baking tray.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Spread each slice with tapenade, top with the capers and serve warm.
