Christmas Recipes - Elegant Shellfish Salad Ingredients: 1/2 head Frisee Lettuce or Meslum mix 1/2 Cucumber, cut finely 200 g Tiger Shrimp, cooked and peeled 4 Lobster tails, cooked and halved lengthwise 16 Crab claws, cooked and shelled Dressing 1 cup (220 ml) Buttermilk 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 4 tablespoons Fresh dill, snipped Finely grated zest and juice of 1 Lemon Salt and pepper to taste Procedures:
- Add all of the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper, mix well.
- Arrange lettuce and cucumber onto each plates, top with the tiger shrimp, lobster and crab claws.
- Drizzle the salads with the dressing and serve.
