Christmas Recipes - Elegant Shellfish Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 head Frisee Lettuce or Meslum mix
1/2 Cucumber, cut finely
200 g Tiger Shrimp, cooked and peeled
4 Lobster tails, cooked and halved lengthwise
16 Crab claws, cooked and shelled

 
Dressing
1 cup (220 ml) Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons Fresh dill, snipped
Finely grated zest and juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and pepper to taste 

Procedures:

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients and season with salt and pepper, mix well.
  2. Arrange lettuce and cucumber onto each plates, top with the tiger shrimp, lobster and crab claws.
  3. Drizzle the salads with the dressing and serve.
