Christmas Recipes - Hummus Croustades Ingredients: 420g can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons Olive oil Squeeze of Lemon juice 12 Pastry shells 12 Cherry tomatoes, marinated
Procedures: - Blend the chickpeas with the oil and lemon juice until smooth.
- Season the hummus to taste and then spoon or pipe it into the pastry shells.
- Top each filled shell with a cherry tomatoes and arrange on a serving platter.
- You won't need all the hummus for pastry shells but the remainder can be serve as a dip with bread sticks or chips.
