Christmas Recipes - Lobster Fruit Salad Ingredients: 100 g Apple, cut into dices 150 g Honeydew, cut into dices 100 g Mango, cut into dices 50 g Strawberries, cut into dices 200 g Lobster tails, cooked and cut into slices 10 g Lettuce, cut into pieces Dressing 200 g Salad Dressing Finely grated zest and juice of 1/2 Lemon 50 g Condensed Milk Procedures:
- Arrange all cut fruits onto the lettuce and place lobster slices on top.
- Mix well dressing and fill into a piping bag. Cut a tiny hole at the bottom of the bag and squeeze the mixture slowly onto the lobster slices and server.
