Thanksgiving Recipes - Chicken and Vegetable Soup Ingredients: 300 g Chicken breast 1 Potato, chopped 1 Tomato, chopped 1 Onion, chopped 2 Mushrooms, chopped Salt and pepper Procedures: - To prepare soup base, boil chicken breast with 2 liters of water.
- Add in a little salt.
- Boil for 1 hour.
- When soup base is ready, add in potatoes, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
- Use medium heat and let leave it boil for 2 hours.
- Add water if find there's not enough of it.
- Add in a little salt and pepper half an hour before the soup is done.
