Thanksgiving Recipes - Fresh Vegetables with Dips

Ingredients:

Fresh raw vegetables
5 Baby carrots
5 Baby corn cobs
5 Cherry tomatoes
1 Japanese cucumber
8 Small button mushrooms
80 g Cauliflower
80 g Broccoli
Celery sticks
Red and yellow pepper

Sour cream
Ready made dip (roquefort cheese dip/anchovy dip)

Procedures:

  1. Mix sour cream with ready made dip and chill before serving.
  2. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florests.
  3. Cut the japanese cucumber, celery sticks, red and yellow pepper into thin strips.
  4. Place all vegetables in separate groups on a serving dish and serve with dip.
