Thanksgiving Recipes - Fresh Vegetables with Dips Ingredients: Fresh raw vegetables 5 Baby carrots 5 Baby corn cobs 5 Cherry tomatoes 1 Japanese cucumber 8 Small button mushrooms 80 g Cauliflower 80 g Broccoli Celery sticks Red and yellow pepper
Sour cream Ready made dip (roquefort cheese dip/anchovy dip)
Procedures: - Mix sour cream with ready made dip and chill before serving.
- Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florests.
- Cut the japanese cucumber, celery sticks, red and yellow pepper into thin strips.
- Place all vegetables in separate groups on a serving dish and serve with dip.
