Thanksgiving Recipes - Prawn and Caviar Mini Sandwiches Ingredients: 1 loaf white bread 25 Large cooked peeled prawns 1 Lemon, sliced 100 g Black caviar Dill, finely chopped Dill springs Soft Cheece or softened butter Procedures: - Cut the bread lengthwise and remove the crusts.
- Cut 5 bread strips, 20 cm longand 4 cm wide.
- Place them on top of each other and cut 5 strips at the same time to make 5 equal squares. This will end up with 25 pieces of bread. Each piece should be 4 cm square.
- Spread the pieces of bread with soft cheese or butter.
- Dip 12 of the pieces in chopped dill and place 2 cooked peeled prawns on each.
- Cover the remaining pieces with caviar.
- Garnish the prawns with small springs of dill and the caviar with sliced lemon.
- Keep the sandwiches cold until ready to serve.
