New Year Recipes - Spicy Spanish Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lb 2 oz Baby new potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

Procedures :

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Place the potatoes in a strong plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin to crack them.
  3. Add in oil, paprika, chili powder, cumin, sea salt, and parsley to the bag, then shake well to mix.
  4. Empty the potatoes on to a baking sheet and spread out into a single layer.
  5. Roast for 40 minutes, shaking the tray occasionally, until cooked thoroughly and nicely browned.
