Thanksgiving Recipes - Pickled Fresh Cucumber Ingredients: 200 g Fresh cucumber Marinade 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1 tablespoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt 5 tablespoons Water 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped White pepper to taste Procedures: - Rinse the cucumber.
- Do not peel the cucumber.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slice and place in a bowl.
- Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over the cucumber.
- Sprinkle over the parsley.
- Set aside for 6 hours before serving.
