Thanksgiving Recipes - Cranberry Tarts

Ingredients:
50 g Butter, chilled
1 tablespoon Icing sugar
100 g Flour
1 Egg yolk
3 tablespoons Cold water
400 g Cranberry
200 ml Custard cream
100 ml instant jelly

Procedures:

  1. Make the dough. Mix together butter and sugar until creamy. 
  2. Stir in egg yolk and flour. 
  3. Add in water and mixture together quickly.
  4. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas 6.
  6. Pour the dough into tart mould or tin. Press the dough into it.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  8. Add in custard and arrange cranberry on top.
  9. Boil the jelly over low heat until lukewarm, then pour over the cranberry.
  10. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
