Thanksgiving Recipes - Cranberry Tarts Ingredients: 50 g Butter, chilled 1 tablespoon Icing sugar 100 g Flour 1 Egg yolk 3 tablespoons Cold water 400 g Cranberry 200 ml Custard cream 100 ml instant jelly Procedures: - Make the dough. Mix together butter and sugar until creamy.
- Stir in egg yolk and flour.
- Add in water and mixture together quickly.
- Set aside in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas 6.
- Pour the dough into tart mould or tin. Press the dough into it.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Add in custard and arrange cranberry on top.
- Boil the jelly over low heat until lukewarm, then pour over the cranberry.
- Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
