Thanksgiving Recipes - Sauteed Vegetables 

Ingredients :
675 g Potatoes
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 Tomatoes, diced
1 Red pepper, diced
1 Green pepper, diced
1 tablespoon Fresh basil, chopped
75 g Mushrooms, cut in 2
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
Salt and pepper

Procedures:

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes.
  2. Drain, peel and dice them.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the potatoes for 8-10 minutes, until golden.
  4. Add the crushed garlic and the peppers.
  5. Cook for about 3 minutes, then add the tomatoes and mushroom. Cook for 6 more minutes.
  6. Stir in the Worcester sauce and the basil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
