Halloween Recipes - Bloody Salad Ingredients: 10 Tomatoes 2 Red onions 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley Dressing 1 tablespoon Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon French mustard 1/2 teaspoon Italian salad spice 3 tablespoons Olive oil 1 clove Garlic, crushed Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Procedures: - Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
- Cut onions into thin slices and push out into rings.
- Make the dressing. Add all dressing ingredients together and mix well.
- Arrange the tomatoes and onions in a salad bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and onions.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
