Halloween Recipes - Bloody Salad

Ingredients:
10 Tomatoes
2 Red onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Dressing
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon French mustard
1/2 teaspoon Italian salad spice
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 clove Garlic, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 

Procedures:

  1. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
  2. Cut onions into thin slices and push out into rings.
  3. Make the dressing. Add all dressing ingredients together and mix well.
  4. Arrange the tomatoes and onions in a salad bowl.
  5. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes and onions.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
