Halloween Recipes - One Eye Monster

Ingredients:
200 g Fillet of beef
4 slices White bread
2 Red onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
4 tablespoons Lumpfish
4 Egg yolks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Procedures:

1. Cut the fillet into four thin slices. Ensure that the meat is intact. 
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Remove the bread crusts and fry on both sides until crispy and golden.
3. Place the bread on serving plate.
4. Place one slice raw fillet beef on each. 
5. Pour one tablespoon lumpfish on each.
6. Add a raw egg yolk to the middle on each.
7. Add some finely chopped onions around the egg yolk.
8. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
