New Year Recipes - Pickled Meat Ingredients: 400 g Fillet beef 50 g Salt 40 g Sugar 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns, crushed 1 tablespoon pink peppercorns, crushed 4 cloves Garlic, crushed Sauce 200 ml Creme fraiche 2 tablespoons French mustard 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives Procedures: - Mix the salt, sugar pepper and garlic and rub into the meat.
- Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for 3 days.
- Remove the meat and pat dry.
- Cut the meat into thin slices.
- Make the sauce. Add all source ingredients and mix well.
- Arrange the meat on serving plate and serve with sauce.
