Halloween Recipes - Bloody Mouth

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
200 ml Whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon Castor sugar
1 teaspoon Butter
Strawberry Jam

Procedures:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°C, gas 10.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Add the sugar and cream and beat well.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying-pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and leave for 1 minutes or until the base is form.
  5. Put the omelette into the oven for 3 minutes.
  6. Place the omelette on a serving plate, spread the jam and flip the omelette, make it look like a mouth full of blood.
