Halloween Recipes - Ghost Tongue Meatloaf Ingredients: 500 g Finely minced beef 2 Beef stock cubes, crumbled 5 Egg yolks Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 Beetroot, cooked 2 Onions, finely chopped 3 tablespoons Butter 3 tablespoons chopped capers Procedures: - Mix the beef, stock, egg yolks, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Peel and chop the beetroot, add into the mixture.
- Add the onions and capers into the mixture and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a tongue shape.
- Melt the butter in a frying-pan and fry the meatloaf until golden.
