Halloween Recipes - Ghost Tongue Meatloaf

Ingredients:
500 g Finely minced beef
2 Beef stock cubes, crumbled
5 Egg yolks
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 Beetroot, cooked
2 Onions, finely chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons chopped capers

Procedures:

  1. Mix the beef, stock, egg yolks, salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Peel and chop the beetroot, add into the mixture.
  3. Add the onions and capers into the mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into a tongue shape.
  5. Melt the butter in a frying-pan and fry the meatloaf until golden.
