New Year Recipes - Cheese Pork Chop

Ingredients:
500 g Pork fillet
1 tablespoons Soya sauce
Salt
1 tablespoon Flour
3 tablespoons Butter

Batter
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Water
80 g Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and freshly ground white pepper 

Procedures:

  1. Cut the pork meat into 6 pieces and beat flat with the back of knife.
  2. Make the batter. Add eggs, water, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well until thickened.
  4. Coat the pork meat in the flour and then in the batter.
  5. Melt the butter in a fryng-pan. Add the meat, fry over medium heat for 4 minutes each side until golden all over.
