Thanksgiving Recipes - Saffron Rice

Ingredients:
250 g Rice
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed saffron
600 ml Chicken stock

Procedures:

  1. Heat the pan, add the oil and fry the onions and rice.
  2. Pour the stock in the pan and stir slowly.
  3. Add the saffron, covered and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, until rice is cooked.
