Thanksgiving Recipes - Saffron Rice Ingredients: 250 g Rice 1 Onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon crushed saffron 600 ml Chicken stock Procedures: - Heat the pan, add the oil and fry the onions and rice.
- Pour the stock in the pan and stir slowly.
- Add the saffron, covered and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, until rice is cooked.
