Thanksgiving Recipes - Turkey Gravy with Wine Ingredients: 3 Teaspoon flour 150 ml White wine 200 ml Double cream 2/3 Teaspoon Dried tarragon 400 ml Stock Procedures: - To make the gravy, boil 400 ml stock.
- Mix flour with little water, stirring continuously.
- Add the wine, cream and tarragon.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Serve the gravy seperately.
