Thanksgiving Recipes - Turkey Gravy with Wine

Ingredients:
3 Teaspoon flour
150 ml White wine
200 ml Double cream
2/3 Teaspoon Dried tarragon
400 ml Stock 

Procedures:

  1. To make the gravy, boil 400 ml stock.
  2. Mix flour with little water, stirring continuously.
  3. Add the wine, cream and tarragon.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring. 
  5. Serve the gravy seperately.
