Thanksgiving Recipes - Baked Potatoes with Smoked Meat Ingredients: 4 Large potatoes Filling 100 g Bacon, chopped 200 ml Sour cream 1 tablespoon grated Cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley Freshly ground black pepper to taste Procedures: - Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 5.
- Scrub the potatoes. Prick with a skewer or folk several times so sthat the potatoes do not explode in the oven.
- Bake the potatoes directly on the oven shelves or use an ovenproof dish in the lowest part of the oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove potatoes. Cut a deep cross into each and press on potatoes with thumb and forefinger so that the potato opens out.
- Make the filling. Add bacon, sour cream, cheese and pepper into a bowl and mix well.
- Put 2 tablespoons of the filling into each potato.
- Sprinkle with the parsley.
- Bake for further 10 minutes.
